Binding Agreement

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer") and Frequency Is Luxury™ ("the House," "we," "us"). By accessing this site or completing any purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use this site or complete a purchase.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase from this site. By ordering, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. Certain collections contain adult-oriented content intended solely for consenting adults.

Products & Made-to-Order Disclosure

Our offerings include digital products (ebooks, guides) delivered as instant downloadable files, and physical products (tarot decks, oracle decks, herbal goods, ritual items).

Many of our physical products are made to order. This means production begins only after your payment is confirmed. Made-to-order items:

• Require a production lead time of 5–15 business days before dispatch, as stated on each product page
• Cannot be cancelled once production has begun — materials are committed and labor is expended specifically for your order
• May exhibit minor artisanal variations in color, texture, or finish — these are hallmarks of handcrafted goods, not defects
• Are produced in the exact quantity ordered; we do not hold surplus inventory of made-to-order items

By purchasing a made-to-order product, you expressly acknowledge and accept these conditions.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors; if an error affects your order, we will notify you and offer the choice to proceed at the corrected price or receive a full refund. Payment is processed securely through PayPal. Your order is confirmed only upon successful payment capture.

Intellectual Property — Strictly Enforced

All content on this site and within our products — including but not limited to text, artwork, card designs, guidebooks, ebooks, product names, taglines, and the "Frequency Is Luxury™" brand — is the exclusive property of Frequency Is Luxury™ and is protected under U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.

• Digital purchases grant you a single-user, personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, share, upload, or reproduce our digital products in any form.
• You may not reproduce our card artwork, guidebook text, or product designs for commercial or non-commercial use without prior written permission.
• Unauthorized reproduction or distribution will be pursued to the fullest extent of the law, including statutory damages.

Herbal & Ritual Products — Important Disclaimer

Our herbal, botanical, and ritual products are spiritual and ceremonial in intention and are not medical in nature. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition. No statement on this site has been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.

• Consult a qualified healthcare professional before use, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or managing a health condition.
• Review all ingredient and allergy information before purchase and before use. Products may contain nuts, botanicals, or essential oils that trigger sensitivities.
• Products labeled for external or ceremonial use are not for ingestion unless explicitly labeled as tea, tincture, or consumable.
• By purchasing, you assume full responsibility for safe and appropriate use and release the House from any claims arising from misuse.

Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory unavailability. In such cases, you will receive a full refund to the original payment method.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FREQUENCY IS LUXURY™, ITS OWNER, AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, OR LOSS OF DATA — ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THIS SITE OR OUR PRODUCTS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Frequency Is Luxury™ from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these terms, your misuse of our products, or your violation of any third-party rights.

Governing Law & Disputes

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these terms shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation; if unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the appropriate courts of Tennessee, and you consent to such jurisdiction.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the House regarding your purchases.
